Thank you all for a great 2012, we got a lot of work done and several folks are now living in homes that are safe, warm and dry.
Your continued support is making a difference. We will soon be kicking off 2013.
Imagine the indignity of having to cook with a camp stove or wash dishes with a garden hose in your own home because your kitchen is dilapidated beyond use. Or the indignity of having to have two men carry you in and out of your house because you cannot walk up or down the stairs to your porch? How about having to use a bucket to go to the restroom in because the floor in your bathroom could fall in at anytime. Maybe you have to rearrange your living room furniture in such a way as it doesn't get wet in the next rain storm because of the roof leaks in your home.

Now imagine you have barely enough money to pay for your groceries let alone repair your home? Maybe you’re elderly and are making monthly decisions between life-sustaining medicines and food, if a problem arises with your home, how would you pay for it. With the cost of the average home repair being around $1,700.00, most elderly folks cannot afford to hire out these repairs while trying to live on incomes of $9,000.00 per year. Thus, most people, be it elderly, disabled, or simply disadvantaged will let these problems go without any real attention, which will only compound the problem over time.

Our Mission
Table Talk Foundation For Better Living Inc. is a faith driven and Christ centered organization, promoting the preservation and rehabilitation of the homes of our elderly, disabled and disadvantaged neighbors, in an unrelenting quest to provide adequate shelter for people in need.
We help those in need of repairs that are necessary to return their homes to a livable standard; bringing dignity and quality of life back to our communities.
In doing so, we intend to show the love of Christ to all who see us -
by what we do, how we do it, and why we do it.
